Perhaps he should have pointed out that the same would apply if you aborted every other coloured baby in the country.
He's probably right....plenty of crimes are committed against black people because they are black. ergo, no black people=less crime.
Also; plenty of other coloured people commit crimes against black people: ergo, less other coloured people=less crime. Take out any group and you'd most probably get a reduction in crime. For a little while.
